“Teamwork – inter-municipal cooperation” training was successfully held
„Teamwork – inter-municipal cooperation” training, organized by the Institute for Contemporary Education, was held on September 29 and 30, 2022, at the Jump INN Hotel.
The training was conducted by Ivan Anić, PhD, an associate at the Institute for Contemporary Education and professor at the Information Technology School – ITS in Belgrade.
On the first day, the training started with a plenary session on the topics of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Education 4.0, after which everyone discussed it and expressed their opinion. Workshops on team development and collaborative problem solving attracted a lot of attention and increased the participation of everyone present.
Everyone was interested in presenting their problems and asking for the coach’s opinion on finding the best solution for them.
The second day of the training started with a lecture on critical thinking and global competencies and continued with workshops which covered topics such as “Solving global problems” and “Developing quantum skills”.
Before closing the training session, conclusions were drawn and an evaluation was made. The participants were satisfied with the training and the way it was conducted, as well as with the new knowledge and insights they gained. They especially pointed out that practical work was very useful to them because it will enable them to apply what they have learned in practice.
