The lecture “Conscious and assertive approach to work in the school environment” was held at the beginning of the second semester

The Career Development Center of the Institute for Contemporary Education organized a lecture for all interested teachers at the beginning of the second semester, which was held by Tatjana Koluvija, professor of global perspectives.

The lecture on “Conscious and assertive approach to work in the school environment” interested a large number of teachers who were able to attend and join in the exchange of experiences and ideas. Professor Tatjana selflessly shared tips that help her communicate with colleagues, students and parents. She listed techniques that allow her to consciously overcome challenges in and out of the classroom, as well as examples from the classroom that can serve others. 

At the end of the lecture, during the discussion time, colleagues were very happy to ask questions and give great comments and grades for the lecture. The fact that they wanted the lecture to last longer speaks volumes about the quality and content that Tatjana presented us.

Together with the lecturer, the participants concluded that the most important thing is to change yourself and that only in this way can you change the circumstances in which you find yourself.

In the coming period, we will try to fulfill the wishes of the colleagues who attended the lecture and together with Tatjana, we will make a lecture on one of the topics that everyone is interested in.
